Standards high & Expectations low

It's easy to say and hard to go by but ideally we should all be striving for that attitude. Why? because we won't regret things or regret those moments. Keeping standars high simply means going for, what you think, is a hot or very hot member of the opposite sex(hopefully). Depending on the relationship, also looking for a very attractive character to you. Some might say having high expectations is good but I think it leads to disappointment more than anything else. If u keep them low and something good happens u'll be pleasantly surprised and happy but if u keep them high and things dont live up to your expectations, u'll just end up being disappointed. Not to say that any other attitudes are bad but in the long run this will prolly bring u more satisfaction. Well "satisfaction" might not be the right word but u get the point.
